POSITION INFO:

The below qualifications and experience are non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
• RE5 certification compulsory, with RE1 certification to be achieved if not already awarded.
• A Bachelor of Business Science/ Bachelor of Commerce degree, Legal degree or equivalent NQF 6 tertiary qualification
• Comply with the Fit & Proper rules under FAIS
• Product, system and processing knowledge

KEY FUNCTION

• To assist in the development of and be responsible for the execution of the employee benefits new business strategy as well as to ensure client retention on behalf of the employee benefits business unit.
• Manage the day-to-day functions of the Employee Benefits new business support and client relationship management divisions
• Attend to retirement fund, medical aid and administration consulting and support functions as per allocated portfolio.
• The position will report to the Executive Director within a performance driven environment.
