POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Post Graduate Diploma in Retirement Funds
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
Regulatory Examination – Representatives (RE5)
7 Years in an Employee Benefits Function

Key Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

Set up all systems, policies and procedures for Employee Benefits
Manage the Employee Benefits division
Maintain and grow the Employee Benefits division
