Employee Benefits Administrator

Our client is a top line software development, support and administration business specialising in the provision of a software solution specifically tailored for the retirement fund industry. They are looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team of highly skilled consultants who maintain and enhance their core products.

Accounting and Finance

The system is an integrated accounting and admin system that operates in the financial sector. Knowledge of finance (Accounting and Investments) will be beneficial.

Job Overview Provide 1st line system support to clients, as well inhouse consultants & developers, using their understanding and knowledge of employee benefits. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders in a professional manner.

Qualifications

· Matric

· COP - Introduction to Retirements Fund (an advantage but not a prerequisite)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits Administration

Requirements

· Good understanding of employee benefits processes

· Must show initiative and be willing to learn.

· Good interpersonal skills

· Team Player but be able to work independently when required.

· Be able to identify problem areas and provide recommendations for solutions to the problems.

· Pay attention to detail & accuracy.

· Above average Excel skills Travel Most of our clients are based in Gauteng. Work onsite at clients might be required.

We have clients in Cape Town and Durban as well as a few clients in Sub Saharan Africa. Travel outside Gauteng might be required.
