SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering Industry has an opportunity available for an Electrician, to be based at the Pretoria branch.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Trade tested qualification
Wireman’s License
Currently employed as an Electrician with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the Automotive Industry / Sector with strong emphasis on Industrial Automation
Valid Driver’s License – Code 08
Must be willing to travel and work away from home
Programmable logic controllers experience
Variable speed devices AC/DC
Electro and Analog detection systems
Industrial motor control technology
Electro detection systems
Analog detection systems

Duties:

Read and interpret drawings and transmitting the information from the drawing to materials
Advise supervisor of material requirements for the execution of work where necessary
Automation control, knowledge, and application
Interpret electrical drawings
Fault finding and Panel building
Understanding that work may be required on more than one site, hence travelling will be required to different regions
