Electrical Admin Assistant - Pretoria

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Electrical Sector is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team in the Waterkloof Ridge area.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have previous Electrical Industry experience in order to identify Electrical parts for invoicing purposes (Not Negotiable)
• Preparing and compiling detailed reports for tenders and insurance companies.
• Assisting with the preparation of quotations and invoices.
• Maintaining the company’s health and safety requirements, including safety files, employee medicals and PPE clothing.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and stock records.
• Assisting with the company’s marketing activities, including creating and managing social media advertising.
• Performing general administrative duties as required.
• Managing the company telephone and assisting with client and supplier communication.
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented candidate who is able to work accurately.
• Reliable, organised and professional.  
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite and SAGE Pastel accounting)
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and willing to assist wherever needed.
• Previous experience in administration, report writing, quotations/invoicing, safety administration or a similar role will be an advantage.
