JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:Education Specialist - English and Afrikaans

Location:Centurion

Salary:R26 000 Per Month

Our client is currently looking to hire well-organised individuals who are people-oriented to join the team as Education Specialists. The ideal candidates should have positive outlooks, embrace change, and be team players with excellent communication skills. The successful candidates must be deadline-driven, innovative, and able to suggest new teaching models that will address the future needs of education.

We are looking for Education Specialists in the following subjects:

➢ Engineering Graphics and Design Grade 10-12 / Technology Grade 7-9

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in a relevant field of education/subject field.

  • Five+ years of experience as an educator.

  • Computer literate.

  • SACE registered.

DUTIES

  • Manage the quality assurance of the allocated subject.

  • Develop assessment plans.

  • Present online classes in relevant subject field.

  • Facilitate lessons in the specific subject field at the Optimi Lynnwood campus.

  • Manage client queries and communication for relevant subjects Provide advice on possible improvements of a specific subject matter.

  • Understand and apply CAPS, and the assessment requirements: Investigate, Research, Suggest, Apply, and advise on new trends.

  • Apply and monitor the application of CAPS and the assessment requirements of the examination boards in the assessment tasks.
