We’re looking for a customer-focused, organised and forward-thinking individual to join their growing Online department. You’ll manage online orders, assist customers and help shape the development of a brand-new online division.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily online orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Prepare and send customer quotations.
• Deal with walk-in sales
• Monitor orders from placement through to fulfilment and delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and customer queries.
• Assist customers with product selection, availability and general product information.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and potential opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
• Assist with the general administration and development of the Online department.
• Learn and maintain a strong knowledge of the products we offer.

• Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with customers.
• Organised and able to manage multiple orders and enquiries simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
• A quick learner with the ability to develop a strong understanding of our products.
• Proactive and able to identify problems before they become issues.
• Forward-thinking and entrepreneurial in their approach.
• Interested in being part of building and growing a new online department.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with online systems.
• Reliable, accurate and able to work independently.

• Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, e-commerce, order processing or a similar environment would also be beneficial.
