Easy Roster Manager

SUMMARY:
The Senior Easy Roster Manager is responsible for supporting the Group Easy Roster Manager in the governance, optimisation and reporting of workforce rostering across Company's Security operations.
The role ensures the accuracy, integrity and compliance of workforce data within the Easy Roster system, enabling effective manpower planning, payroll alignment, contractual compliance and operational workforce deployment.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring that workforce rostering processes support the operational needs of the business while remaining compliant with labour legislation, industry agreements and contractual obligations.

• The Senior Easy Roster Manager ensures that workforce data within this system is accurate, compliant and aligned to operational requirements.

• Ensure accurate workforce rostering across operational contracts
• Align manpower deployment with contractual staffing requirements, ensuring no over staffing of staff shortages.
• Monitor workforce allocations and manpower variances on a centralised database
• Identify and escalate staffing risks or non-compliance
• Ensure rostering compliance with labour legislation and industry agreements
• Support operational manpower planning and workforce optimisation
• Ensure that a 4-month forecast is done on all businesses across all wage rules and that wages are accurate to actuals

• Maintain integrity of workforce data within the Easy Roster system
• Produce weekly Management  and operational workforce reports
• Monitor absenteeism trends, leave, sick and Family leave patterns and manpower utilisation
• Ensure alignment between Easy Roster, Finance records and payroll systems
• Provide workforce analytics to support operational decision making

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in workforce rostering or manpower management within the security industry
• Advanced experience working with Easy Roster systems on centralised databases
• Experience with Security learnership and the management their off
• Able to manage learnership projects within the guard force
• Experience managing workforce reporting and operational manpower analytics
• Experience supporting large-scale manpower deployments
• Experience managing staff on various companies across various wage rules and country rules.
• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in: Human Resources; Operations Management; Business Administration or related field, would be advantageous
• Advanced Excel capability, would be advantageous
• Workforce planning systems experience, would be advantageous
