N/Subs Remuneration competitive and will include M/Aid, P/Fund etc. Large group in the Technical field needs the services of an Exec Secretary to support the CEO in day to day administration

Grade 12
Diploma in Secretarial / Office Management or equivalent qualification
English proficiency – verbal and written
Experience in dealing with International Stakeholders
5 years’ experience in a similar role
MS Office and SAP
Report writing skills
Problem solving skills
Administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience from a technical Sector will secure
