EXECUTIVE PA / OFFICE MANAGER – Goodwood/Parow, Cape Town (Office-based)
R20 000 – R30 000 Per Month Negotiable based on Qualification and Years of relevant experience
Our Client, a high-performance VIP security and risk management organisation, operating with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and executive-level operational standards is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Executive PA / Office Manager to operate at the heart of this fast-paced, supportive and high-performance environment.
You will provideexecutive-level office support to the Director and General Managerwhileoverseeing two administrative support staff. Acting as a central coordination hub, you will ensure seamless workflow, operational efficiency, and accurate reporting across the business.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing calendars, priorities, and strategic scheduling for Director/GM
- Preparing high-quality meeting packs, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitoring operational and financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Leading and guiding two administrators to maintain deadlines, quality, and accountability
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Translating strategic directives into actionable tasks and tracking follow-through
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times
- Providing weekly and monthly operational and financial summaries
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated track record gained as a PA and office coordinator on a Senior Management / Director level within a professional setting
- Experience in small to medium-sized businesses is preferred
- Exposure to security, VIP services, professional services, risk management, law enforcement, defence, or similarly disciplined industries is highly advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports accurately
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
- Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Mac is a +!
- Understanding of Quickbooks ,VIP and Easy Roster would be beneficial!
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence outcomes
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work in particular with systems and filing
- High level of confidentiality with proven discretion in handling sensitive information
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
