SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with robust financial management experience to support our client’s executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial industry and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years in a financial management role.
- Proven experience in the commercial industry.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in financial management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
