POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an ETL Tester with 5+ years experience to provide end to end QE services across SAP (ECC/S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, SAP Cloud ALM) and Non-SAP critical initiatives (digital platforms, APIs, middleware, data/analytics, and citizen development). The partners currently

Provides QE services across the full technology stack (Frontend/UI, API/Integration,
Middleware, Backend, Data).
Embed, scale, and mature QE capabilities using automation, DevOps, and modern testing principles.
Deliver capability maturity roadmap from stabilization to AI-enabled predictive QE.
Manage Service Transition to ensure smooth onboarding, knowledge transfer, and stabilization of QE services.

Objectives

Establish consistent QE frameworks and practices.
Deliver scalable QE services for business-critical projects.
Enable automation-first and shift-left practices across all portfolios.
Mature QE capabilities towards predictive, data-driven quality.
Build internal Quality Champions through coaching and knowledge transfer.

Ensure controlled transition of services with minimal disruption to operations
