EPLAN Designer

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EPLAN Designer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining electrical schematics and documentation using EPLAN software, ensuring high-quality design standards and compliance with industry regulations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN Electric P8
• Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs)
• Design control panels and MCC systems
• Ensure that drawings comply with relevant electrical standards (IEC, SANS, NEC, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and workshop teams
• Update and revise drawings based on project requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation

• Experience using EPLAN Electric 
• Strong knowledge of electrical control systems and panel design
• Experience with PLC systems and instrumentation drawings
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
