POSITION INFO:

ENGINEERING & SALES MANAGER - JOHANNESBURG - Market Related Salary

Seeking a person who has the initiative, drive and is able to work under pressure. The position requires someone who will perform well in the strategic and operational management of the Engineering and Sales Department inclusive of designs reviews, technical support, departmental budgets, staffing needs, productivity, people management to name a few.

Qualifications & Requirements:

BSc. Engineering

Registered with ECSA Experience

Candidates must have industry-specific experience (Air Pollution/Air Filtration Controls) and be familiar with the company’s product

10 years’ experience in an engineering environment would be preferred

Advanced computer literacy including planning packages such as MS Projects

Proven managerial skills including the management of human resources

Sales & proposal activities
