An exciting opportunity has opened for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join a forward-thinking team as an ECM Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a maintenance environment and has a sharp eye for equipment condition trends.

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to take ownership of analysing and maintaining ECM data, issuing clear, actionable reports that contribute to operational excellence. You''ll play a pivotal role in supporting world-class manufacturing principles by ensuring equipment condition monitoring is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field readings and measurements on ECM elements
• Analyse ECM data and interpret findings to support plant health
• Coordinate with service providers for further analysis
• Maintain and update ECM databases and SharePoint reports
• Provide follow-up on flagged equipment issues
• Adhere to ECM work processes and best practices

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Matric with Mathematics and Science
• Relevant Degree/Diploma
• Certified in Cat 2 Equipment Condition Monitoring (Cat 3 will be advantageous)
• Experience with ECM software (e.g. vibration monitoring, ultrasonic tools)
• Mechanical Trade Test (relevant)
• 2–5 years'' experience in a maintenance environment as an ECM Technician
