SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative, hands-on E-Commerce Administrator to manage online platforms, drive digital projects, product merchandising and campaigns.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification
- 2–4 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital operations or project management
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and Google Analytics
- Strong project coordination, organisational and communication skills
- Experience in online merchandising, promotions and product setup
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of e-commerce SEO fundamentals
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage daily e-commerce operations across the website, Takealot, Amazon and other marketplaces
- Implement promotions, campaigns and website updates
- Maintain accurate product content, pricing, SKUs and imagery
- Coordinate e-commerce projects, timelines, stakeholders and suppliers
- Monitor the customer journey and resolve website and checkout issues
- Track and report on e-commerce performance
- Support marketing, creative, customer experience and sales project
