SUMMARY:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the productivity of online and E-commerce platforms and manage the day-to-day operations such as but not limited to, increasing of sales, efficiency of sales team, performs excellent customer service, secures and ensures the accuracy of the inventories, stocks and content.

POSITION INFO:

Overseeing Design and Developments of Website
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy to improve website performance
Work closely with developers to ensure an up to date, optimised, customer and industry relevant online presence from an operational point of view
Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, tools and competitors to ensure the businesses online offering is industry and customer relevant (Monitors and analyzes competitors’ activities and market trends)
Solve issues and conduct activities based on SOPs and escalate any urgent or repeating problems to help the team identify a solution
Build and analyze reports to help decision making
Liaising with various internal teams to drive process improvement and operational excellence
Monitor web analytics and internal data sources
Design and Execute Roadmaps
Incorporate Best Practices
Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans with marketing team
Team Management and Progress Monitoring
Quality Control and Assurance
Developing Schedules and Timescales
Sales Acheivement
Inventory Management
Customer Service Relations
