Role Overview

An urgent, brand-new opening has arisen within a high-performing marketing team reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This role owns the digital storefront—managing web content, search, navigation, personalization, and A/B testing to elevate the customer journey, boost product discoverability, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Merchandising: Curate product ranges across categories, launch trend pages for seasonal campaigns, and manage end-to-end web content publishing.
• Search & Navigation: Boost and bury products in category listings, manage facets and filters with SEO principles in mind, and optimize search rules to drive conversion.
• Personalisation & Testing: Plan, build, and analyze web layering, product recommendation widgets, and A/B tests to tailor user experiences by segment.
• Pricing & Execution: Ensure markdowns, promotional pricing, and banner updates are published with absolute accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven e-commerce experience (retail or fashion background preferred).
• Education: Marketing degree/diploma preferred, or equivalent practical track record.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with web CMS platforms. Familiarity with Bloomreach Experience Manager / Engage is highly advantageous.
• Key Attributes: Strong understanding of SEO, meticulous attention to detail, and a knack for tackling technical challenges under tight deadlines.
