SUMMARY:
Hotel & Resort in Central Drakensberg is looking for a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Hotel by coordinating and supporting all departments during a shift, delivering excellent guest service and handling guest concerns professionally.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Ensuring Guest Experience and Satisfaction
Staff Supervision and Coordination
Operational Oversight
Emergency and Incident Management
Administration and Reporting
Financial Awareness
Upholding Standards and Branding
Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest feedback.
Maintain a visible presence in public areas to engage with guests.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Hospitality or Food Services related Diploma
At least 3 years in a similar position applied for in 4* hotel
Micros Pos system, Microsoft Office, Opera, Basic Computer Workings
Conflict Resolution Skills
Listening Skills
Self Motivation
Time Management
Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime and work on weekends and public holidays
Valid driver’s licence
Fluent and Confident Communication in English both written and spoken
