Our client is partnering up with leading brands to optimize their customer experience.  Their workforce is spread across many Sub-Saharan African countries like South Africa, along with UAE and India.  Our client acknowledges fast-changing market dynamics.

DUTIES:

• Customer Service Consultant for International clothing brand.

REQUIREMENT:

• Speak, read and write fluent Dutch
• E-commerce experience
• BPO environment experience
• Must be able to type very fast (count of words in a minute)
• Rotation shifts between 08:00 – 22:00
