Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dry stock dairy section
• Manage dry cows, steam ups, young heifers
• Rearing calves
• Identification of disease and treatment 
• Herd health
• Manage and train staff on dairy farming best practices
• Monitor milk production and quality control
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards
• Develop and implement breeding programs
• Manage inventory and stock levels
