Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dispensing doctors and healthcare professionals in the region, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with dispensing doctors and healthcare professionals

Promote and detail pharmaceutical products within allocated territory

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Identify new business development opportunities

Implement strategic sales and territory management plans

Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

OR proven sales experience (pharmaceutical / healthcare / FMCG advantageous)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
