Job Title

Dispatch Clerk

Reports To

The Dispatch Clerk will report to Assistant Warehouse Manager)

Responsibilities and Duties

Pick & Pack stock as and when processed from our various systems.
Assist with route planning when required.
Assist with packing local as well as international shipments.
Do cyclic bin counts.
Assist with stock takes as and when required.
Processing contract orders on our various systems. Pick, pack & ship.
Assist with processing return orders as and when required.
Communication with team leaders and management.
Assist with deliveries as and when required.
Assist in all other areas of the warehouse as and when required.
Ad hock duties from management.

Qualifications

Computer literate (Training will be provided on the programs the company works on)
In possession of a valid driver’s license
SAP experience
