SUMMARY:
A fast growing technology distributor is looking for a highly motivated experienced Dispatch clerk in the collections department to join their team in Samrand . A successful candidate would need excellent communication skills and work well in a team in a challenging environment and under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Fluent in English
Computer literate (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Skype)
Neat and friendly – (Customer facing)
Dedicated and hard working
Strong attention to detail
Good sober habits

Duties include but not limited to:

Responsible for stock and dispatching thereof
Receiving cash on COD orders
Responsible for cash float
Do end of day reports daily
Make sure all orders that are ready gets dispatch daily
Communicate waiting orders with relevant departments
Ensure correct goods are dispatched to correct customers as per invoice
Check goods are in good condition
Check payment received before dispatching for COD accounts
Assist in stock take and variance checking
Work together with pickers/packers to complete orders

Complete additional instructions given by line manager
Mailing waybill, batch file and day end daily
Discuss any challenges and concerns with line manager.

Dispatches stock to customers by verifying orders; invoicing stock; arranging delivery method

Salary and Benefits : R7500 pm
