POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric 
• Tertiary qualification would be beneficial 
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance/admin support or discounting role
• Experience with leasing/finance documentation (preferably in the office automation or IT sector)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Solid computer literacy (Excel, CRM systems, finance portals)
• Accurately capture and process discounting/lease applications
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, compliant, and correctly signed
• Liaise with finance houses, internal teams, and clients to track deal progress
• Follow up on payments and approvals to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all transactions
• Assist with reconciling payments from finance partners
• Conduct compliance checks and resolve queries as needed
