SUMMARY:
Position available for a Disciplinary Coordinator to assist HR and Legal with all admin relating to disciplinaries at Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • HR / Labour or similar Diploma/Degree
  • More than 2 years’ experience in a similar role
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sift all disciplinary cases at sources and allocate cases as per the company disciplinary code.
  • Manage and monitor work output of company representatives as per case priorities.
  • Deal with and issue final written warnings related to all category C cases of the company disciplinary code.
  • Ratify suspensions with pay in liaison with HR Manager and Legal Advisor.
  • Solicit all required documentation in respect of cases.
  • Set dates with Presiding Officers and furnish same with all required documentation.
  • Officially summon and ensure attendance of all witnesses.
  • Ensure all cases are finalized within the determined timeframes.
  • Notify and caution line management of delays.
  • Maintain a record of cases progress and outcomes.
  • Report unnecessary delays to appropriate line management
