SUMMARY:
Position available for a Disciplinary Coordinator to assist HR and Legal with all admin relating to disciplinaries at Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
HR / Labour or similar Diploma/Degree
More than 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sift all disciplinary cases at sources and allocate cases as per the company disciplinary code.
Manage and monitor work output of company representatives as per case priorities.
Deal with and issue final written warnings related to all category C cases of the company disciplinary code.
Ratify suspensions with pay in liaison with HR Manager and Legal Advisor.
Solicit all required documentation in respect of cases.
Set dates with Presiding Officers and furnish same with all required documentation.
Officially summon and ensure attendance of all witnesses.
Ensure all cases are finalized within the determined timeframes.
Notify and caution line management of delays.
Maintain a record of cases progress and outcomes.
Report unnecessary delays to appropriate line management
