Digital/Social Campaign Manager

SUMMARY:

As the Social Media/Digital Campaign Manager you will be required to contribute to and help develop marketing campaigns using social media and digital platforms for clients. Facebook and Google Certification essential.  Experience working with a variety of social media and digital platforms and design tools as well as a solid understanding of good marketing principles is essential.

• A solid understanding of good marketing principles is essential

• Good at building client relationships

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, contribute to and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns and strategies with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of online marketing campaigns
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
• Work within a budget and report any overspend
• Manage multiple social media platforms for clients
• Plan and deliver targeted email, marketing, SMS and direct mailing campaigns using selection of marketing tools.
• Seeking and managing online advertising opportunities for the company and its clients
• Write, edit and proof-read copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
• Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
• Managing the production and distribution of digital marketing assets
• Liaising and managing design and print teams and suppliers
• Organising and attending offline events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
• Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
• Administer the website(s)
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Identify, evaluate and improving campaigns to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service
• Manage and develop client relationships
