We are a growing retail media business focused on creating innovative digital advertising solutions that connect brands with consumers across the retail journey.

We’re looking for a Digital Media Lead to help shape and deliver our digital media offering across onsite and offsite channels, using data, technology and insights to drive measurable commercial results.

A commercially minded digital media specialist who understands the fast-changing retail media and ad-tech landscape.

You will be a strategic thinker who can also get things done - someone who enjoys working across teams, technology partners and clients to turn ideas into successful digital media solutions.

You’ll be proactive, curious and confident, with the ability to influence stakeholders and identify opportunities to grow and improve the digital media proposition.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Drive the digital media roadmap across onsite and offsite, paid and owned channels.

• Develop and deliver innovative digital media activations using data, targeting and audience insights.

• Plan and manage digital media campaigns and events across relevant channels.

• Work closely with internal teams, e-commerce, retail stakeholders and technology partners.

• Manage technology partners, including platform enhancements, optimisation and troubleshooting.

• Analyse campaign, sales and channel performance to identify opportunities and improve results.

• Manage digital media inventory and yield, including programmatic activity.

• Keep up to date with emerging digital media trends, technologies and competitor activity.

• Identify opportunities to evolve and strengthen the digital media proposition.

• Lead projects from initial concept through to launch, managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver training to sales teams, helping them understand and confidently sell digital media solutions.

• Act as the digital media subject matter expert within the business.

• Use data and commercial insights to make recommendations that improve performance and revenue.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

• Strong experience in digital media, ideally within retail media, an agency, media owner or ad-tech environment.

• Solid understanding of the retail media and ad-tech ecosystem.

• Strong knowledge of digital channels, targeting, audience data and measurement.

• Hands-on experience with digital media platforms and programmatic advertising.

• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect media performance to business results.

• Experience managing technology partners and cross-functional projects.

• Excellent stakeholder, communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance and sales data.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

• The ability to influence, collaborate and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

• Previous experience in a mid-to-senior level digital media role.
