POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor and respond to customer queries and comments across social media platforms.
Engage with the online community to build strong brand relationships.
Communicate and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to support marketing campaigns.
Identify potential influencers and assist with influencer outreach and coordination.
Support the creation of digital content including posts, captions, and basic visual assets.
Assist with website updates and online marketing activities.
Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimisation efforts.
Assist with Google-related marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
Track and report on campaign performance and social media insights.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms
Knowledge of Meta platforms, TikTok, and YouTube
Understanding of Google tools and search engine optimisation (SEO)
Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging with customers online.
Experience working with influencer campaigns or partnerships!
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
A passion for marketing, social media, and digital trends
