SUMMARY:
Crocs South Africa is looking for a Digital Commerce Administrator to join their expanding team.

POSITION INFO:
Reports

• Consumer data analytics and refinement of offer to deliver highest return
• AR Report - CS execution based on Finance comments
• Regional QBR Review
• Monthly Location Reviews
• Monthly Regional Digital Commerce Review
• Monthly Digital Commerce Deals
• Monthly Account Sell Through Review (including Marketing)
• Report on Key Account Performance, Weekly Top Sellers, Agent Reporting Toolbox, Returns, Seasonal reporting
• Provide stakeholders with recommendations on product mix and performance of the brand through monthly reporting and analysis of sales reports.
• Weekly Digital Dashboard
• Takealot Freight Tracking

• Manage the processing of exchanges, replacements and refund on products with 3rd party warehouse

• Drive sales by securing stock and management fast selling and slow selling stock.
• Replenish all market place accounts weekly
• Achieve Account Targets
• Management of sales pipeline and white space document to be constantly reviewed to ascertain market potential.
• Help marketing to identify opportunities for new promotions within all channels.

• Finalize account recons with Finance post sales month

• Create Training Manuals on share drive

• Manage, review performance, mentor and develop subordinates to ensure strong engagement and understanding of their roles in achieving the company sales goals
• Lead by example according to Company Policies, develop and drive a high performance, accountable culture

• Relevant tertiary qualification or related work experience to an equivalent level
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience of SAP B1 & DTW operations
• Experience of Marketplace portals Superbalist, Zando, Takealot
• Process Automation Specialist
• Highly skilled in Excel (Data mapping, Auto-refresh dashboards, Vlookups, Ablebits, Pivot tables)
• Highly skilled Reporting & Analysis development
• Knowledge of Digital Commerce best practice
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong administration & organisation skills
• Trader mentality
• Must have a proactive attitude towards platform enhancements
• Highly skilled in Reporting & Analysis
• Highly numerate and able to deal with large volumes of data
