SUMMARY:
Our client in the Insurance Industry has a vacancy available for a "Digital Campaign and Lead Strategist" to join their company. Position is based in Sandton. Salary: R45 000- R55 000 pm depending on experience.

POSITION INFO:

• The Digital Campaign & Lead strategist role is responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline within health insurance sectors.
• This role develops campaign strategies, creates and manages the lead generation, oversees the marketing budget, determines the optimal marketing mix, and prioritizes spending to maximize lead quality and conversion.
• The role will continuously refine and optimize strategies through various mediums, to ensure effective lead generation and return on investment.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Certifications in design and digital marketing are advantageous.
• Healthcare management or insurance-related certifications are a plus
• Expert level in META strategy
• Previous experience in aggressive lead generation campaigns
• Experience in building basic strategy for in Linkedin and Tik Tok aswell.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital campaign management and lead generation, ideally within insurance or a related field.
• Experience in digital design, lead generation, and campaign management, particularly in marketing insurance products.
