DIESEL PUMP TECHNICIAN (DIESEL FUEL INJECTION TECHNICIAN) 

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Diesel Pump Technician with extensive experience in diesel fuel injection systems!

Location: Centurion, Gauteng
⏰ Working Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Qualifications: 

✅ Trade certificate as a diesel mechanic
✅ Minimum 8 years specialized experience
✅ Diesel fuel injection pump repair expertise (all mechanical types)
✅ Injector repair and calibration experience
✅ Common rail systems knowledge

Essential Experience: 

�� Repairing diesel fuel injection pumps (all mechanical types)
⚙️ Calibrating and testing fuel injection systems
�� Injector repair and maintenance
�� Common rail system diagnostics and repairs
�� Advanced fault finding and troubleshooting
��️ Test bench operation and diagnostic tools proficiency

Technical Skills: 

�� Extensive knowledge of diesel engine systems
�� Proficiency with test benches and diagnostic equipment
�� Calibration and precision adjustment capabilities
�� Comprehensive understanding of fuel injection technology
⚡ Electronic and mechanical diagnostics

Key Responsibilities: 

�� Repair and overhaul diesel fuel injection pumps
�� Test and calibrate injectors to manufacturer specifications
�� Diagnose and repair common rail systems
�� Perform accurate testing using specialized equipment
��️ Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting
✅ Ensure quality control and precision in all work
�� Maintain service records and documentation
