SUMMARY:
A National firm within the FMCG / Supply Chain sector is looking to appoint a Junior Diesel Administration Clerk. This is for their branch in Brackenfell.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Grade 12
Min 2 years' experience within a similar position
Candidate should have workshop experience and be service orientated
Accountable for:
Controls diesel dip daily as well as nitrogen levels
Records dip readings and each opening pump reading daily. Also at change of shift
Reconciles the fuel usage daily and reports any discrepancies to management
Orders diesel and nitrogen in bulk
Receives diesel and nitrogen
Completes the diesel report daily / weekly / monthly
Records drivers and vehicle fuel consumption daily / monthly
Monitors the FMA installations / system from the vehicles, reporting any damage on system for repairs and ensuring that the repairs are carried out
Supervises the diesel Clerks, assisting with diesel pouring and attending to any matters arising at diesel station
Supervises the general housekeeping standard
Assists the diesel clerks with all diesel clerk duties
Reports any damages on diesel tanks, missing diesel caps or damaged fuel guards and FMA installations to the Admin Manager
Any other duties as requested
