Despatch Clerk

SUMMARY:
Nuffield, Springs

POSITION INFO:

The key responsibilities of the position includes:

 

1. Receive Production and verify goods as per stock transfer.
2. Assist  to prepare Load List if required.
3. Prepare Delivery Notes for Despatch when required.
4. Transfer of goods from and to different Warehouses.
5. Prepare for Stock Take and do weekly cycle counts.
6. Control Lock and Seal Numbers.
7. Control, recon and manage POD daily.
8. Manage daily invoicing of orders.
9. Assist Dispatch manager with any tasks as requested.

 

 

The ideal candidate will preferaby :

• Be Computer literate.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be honest and reliable.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Be confident and assertive.
• Accept further training opportunities requested by the Company.
• Work overtime as required.
