Designer & Social Media Specialist (Agency) (Junior - Mid)

SUMMARY:
A small but mighty full-service digital agency is looking for a creative powerhouse to join their close-knit team. They work with a variety of brands across industries and pride themselves on creating smart digital strategies and scroll-stopping content. If you’re someone who loves blending visuals with storytelling and you don’t mind wearing a few hats this is for you.
 
This is a dual-role opportunity: your primary focus will be graphic design, but you’ll also manage a small portfolio of social media clients. You’ll work across branding, social media graphics, digital campaigns, and content creation with a strong emphasis on mobile-first, digital design. There’s a lot of variety, and no two days look the same.

POSITION INFO:

Designing assets for digital campaigns, branding, logos, and social content
Creating and evolving brand identities
Building mobile-first visuals that are polished and platform-ready
Collaborating with the team to ideate and execute marketing campaigns
Staying on top of design trends, social best practices, and tools
Supporting a handful of social media clients with content planning, scheduling, and engagement

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
A creative thinker who’s proactive with ideas and solutions
Attention to detail
Comfortable working solo and collaboratively
Strong time management and the ability to multitask
Previous experience in social media management (bonus points if you’ve done it in an agency setting)
Motion graphics / animation (After Effects, etc.)
Photography and video editing experience
Basic copywriting for social captions and content
