JOB DESCRIPTION:

Growing water treatment company is looking to employ a graduate Mechanical Engineer to manage their design and production teams.

For the position you would be required to have:

Responsibilities would include you to:

Lead mechanical design for water and wastewater treatment plant and equipment.
Manage Design Team.
Manage Production Team.
Tendering and costing of Mechanical bills.
Create workflows, processes and QCP's for the design and production teams and ensure they are implemented.
Ensure KPI's are met.
Reporting of KPI's to management
Work well in a multidisciplinary engineering team.
R&D of mechanical equipment.
