Depot Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse and depot.

• Manage inventory, stock control, receiving and dispatch.

• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain stock accuracy.

• Plan delivery routes and coordinate customer deliveries.

• Liaise with customers regarding orders and delivery queries.

• Generate delivery documentation, waybills and reports.

• Supervise warehouse staff and manage performance.

• Ensure company vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.

• Maintain Occupational Health & Safety standards.

• Keep the warehouse organised, clean and compliant.
