Demand Generation Agent

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting multilingual Demand Generation Agents to join a leading global B2B sales and marketing organisation based in Century City, Cape Town.
Ideal candidate must be fluent in one or more European languages (such as German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese) and have a passion for sales and lead generation. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, international environment where your communication skills truly shine.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate qualified business leads across various global campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed personal KPIs and targets consistently.
• Accurately qualify, verify, and update lead data using Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com).
• Conduct professional conversations in your native or fluent language, engaging with business decision-makers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to share insights and continuously improve performance.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture focused on success and growth.

• Fluency in English plus one or more of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• 1+ year of B2B outbound calling / telemarketing / sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Confident working with Excel, CRM tools, and data entry.
• Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated personality.
• Must be based in Cape Town and able to work from the Century City office.
