Our client is looking for an experienced Delphi Developer to join their dynamic development team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications and systems
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related IT field required
- Relevant Delphi development certifications advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial Delphi development experience
- Previous experience within the Financial Services / Banking / Insurance sector is essential
- Strong experience working on enterprise or business-critical systems
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Strong Delphi development experience
- SQL development and database management
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting
- Exposure to C# or other modern development technologies advantageous
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Other:
