We employ highly - skilled individuals in the fields of Software Development (.Net, Mobile and Java), Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Solution Architecture, Project Management, and Software Quality Assurance. We develop turnkey solutions and provide consulting services to over 100 clients, both locally and abroad.

A Delivery Lead manages relationships with various customers and ensures delivery of the services within the context of the business. The individual will also ensure the successful execution of various turnkey projects to the satisfaction of the client’s expectation and ensuring certain margins are met for the company. The Delivery Manager will lead and manage project teams within the same business unit and will support the Practice Head with business development initiatives, business process management and other aspects of business continuity.

The employed individual will be challenged with access to a range of projects at clients across industries, working with other projects teams whose single pursuit is optimal value creation for our customers through the construction of peerless solutions. This dynamic self-starting individual will be schooled in the best practices accumulated through successful delivery on hundreds of software development assignments.

Duties:

• Keeping clients satisfied with the company's services through managing projects
• Tracking project metrics
• Managing budgets
• Helping lead the professionals responsible for getting projects delivered to clients
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Ensuring that service agreements are met and assisting with contracts
• Work closely with architecture forum members on technical standardisation of project delivery
• Ensure continuity of project pipeline
• Assist Practice Head with resourcing and assigning of such resources
• Assist business development team with proposal and pre-sales

Requirements:

• Matric
• Degree in IT/or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in software environments
• Experience in SDLC methodologies such as AGILE (SCRUM)
• Software development project management
• Ability to break down a project into a set of deliverables and scope items
• Ability to elicit estimations from developers, creatives and strategists
• Ability to plan a project out for all phases in a project
• Release planning for large scale projects over several phases
• Experience in invoicing and quoting with client stakeholders
• Scrum Master experience
• Product Owner experience
• Client stakeholder expectation management
• Client workshop facilitation
