SUMMARY:
We are a well-established law firm seeking a highly competent Secretary/Administrator to assist with the administration of deceased estates.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Experience in administering deceased estates, with knowledge of all required steps
• Familiarity with the workings of a law firm
• Skilled in Dictaphone typing (minimum 40 WPM)
• Strong file management and organisational skills
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and working knowledge of Excel
• Strong character, excellent work ethic, and reliable attendance
• Ability to work professionally with diverse personalities
