We are a well-established law firm seeking a highly competent Secretary/Administrator to assist with the administration of deceased estates.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Experience in administering deceased estates, with knowledge of all required steps
Familiarity with the workings of a law firm
Skilled in Dictaphone typing (minimum 40 WPM)
Strong file management and organisational skills
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and working knowledge of Excel
Strong character, excellent work ethic, and reliable attendance
Ability to work professionally with diverse personalities
