POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full debtors and creditors function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial processes.

This role is based in Fourways, Johannesburg North.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full debtors and creditors function.
Process invoices, statements, and reconcile accounts.
Ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments and resolve queries.
Perform bank reconciliations and process payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting.
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding accounts and transactions.
Support the finance team with administrative tasks, including reconciliations in Excel for multiple creditors and balancing to supplier statements of account.

Requirements:

Completed Matric.
Certificate/Diploma or a Degree in Finance.
3 years proven experience as a Debtors and Creditors Clerk or in a similar finance role.
Strong knowledge of debtors, creditors, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
