A group of insurance companies is seeking a Debtors Team Leader join their finance team.

As the Debtors Team Leader; you will be responsible for supporting the Debtors Manager by supervising the day-to-day operations of the heavy commercial administrative department and staff.

As a Debtors Team leader, you will responsible for the following:

Prepare, complete and drive reports
Meet required targets set in order to pay the Service Providers
Training and coaching the staff
Maintain intercompany relation and ensure intercompany processes is adhered to
Ensure the achievements of monthly collections targets
Updating of the system (Update Journals)

Qualifications:

Matric

Completed National Diploma

Skill:

5+ years’ experience

Attention to detail

Towing / Motor or Insurance industry experience
