Debtors Clerk

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established accounting firm based in Rustenburg, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Debtors Clerk to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 3–5 years' experience in a Debtors Clerk or similar finance-related role
• Strong understanding of debtors processes and account reconciliations
• Computer literate with experience on accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining debtor accounts
• Following up on outstanding payments and collections
• Allocating payments and processing receipts
• Performing account reconciliations
• Resolving account queries and discrepancies
• Preparing debtor reports and age analyses
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Liaising with clients regarding account-related matters
