POSITION INFO:

Our client is urgently seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Debtors Clerk to join their finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong debtors?administration experience, be comfortable working under pressure, and preferably have experience using Pastel. Candidates must reside in or near Heidelberg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the debtors’ book
• Process customer invoices, statements, and credit notes
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Prepare age analysis reports
• Assist with general finance and administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Debtors Clerk
• Experience with Pastel (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time?management abilities
• Computer literacy (MS Office essential)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must reside in or close to Heidelberg, Gauteng

Remuneration

• Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 (Negotiable)
