What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full daily ledger to keep all customer accounts current.
Execute detailed daily reconciliations to ensure complete financial data integrity.
Perform firm outbound calls to resolve outstanding client payment queries quickly.
Build strong professional client relationships to ease the daily collection process.
Maintain the general ledger and perform essential trial balance daily entries.

Experience & Qualifications

You need three years of proven accounts receivable experience today.
You must clearly perform complex daily reconciliations up to trial balance.
You must show strong daily proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
You must possess a firm but professional telephone collection communication manner.
You must easily commute daily to the active Nigel office space.
