R15 000 - R18 000 (Depending on experience)

A well-established company in the meat processing industry, based in Rocky’s Drift, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 with Accounting or Mathematics
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar Debtors Clerk role
• Proficiency on Pastel (essential)
• Experience working with wholesale accounts is a strong advantage
• Strong administrative, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)

• Full debtors function: invoicing, reconciliations, and following up on outstanding accounts
• Managing accounts for wholesale clients—ensuring timely collections and resolving queries
• Processing credit notes and managing customer statements
• Monitoring credit limits and payment terms
• Compiling debtor age analysis reports for management
• Maintaining accurate financial records in Pastel
• Liaising with the sales and dispatch departments regarding deliveries and account queries
