Debtors Admin needed with great communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently looking for a Debtors Admin to join their finance team.

 

Duties:

  • Assisting with the debtors books by correctly invoicing, allocating monies, and providing management with an accurate reflection of the debtors status.
  • Assisting with financial budgets, information and reporting
  • Handling queries and e-mails with consumers

 

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Matric certificate required
  • 3 years’ debtors admin experience
  • Good understanding of debtors
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills (working with consumers)
  • Good energy and drive
