Debtor/ Creditors Clerk URGENTLY needed for a BUSY Nail Tech Product House in Randburg.

POSITION INFO:
Debtor/Creditors Clerk.

Training Start Date: ASAP, will be working from a home-based office in Sundowner Randburg
 
HARD SKILLS:

1. Basic Accounting Diploma or Certification
2. Must be computer literate - Software used: Palladium accounting, Online ordering portal, One Drive - file share, Outlook emails & online calendar, Excel.
3. Reconciliation and Debtors and Creditors experience.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner with Clients.

1. The position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, admin, and multi-tasking skills.
2. Must be fluent in English.
3. Time management is essential, with the ability to complete work timeously and ask for support when needed. Ability to work under pressure and with Deadlines.
4. Understand the need to handle tasks to completion, supporting multiple communication devices/software (WhatsApp, Emails, Calls)
5. Capable of learning and following company SOPS
6. A clear understanding of Reconciliations in Excel and ability to learn formulas and functions for Excel.

2. Debtors and Creditors experience.
3. Working hours from 8am – 5pm.
4. Accounting Package experience (sage/ Evolution/Quickbooks) Palladium a Plus.
5. Smoking is not allowed.
6. Must not fear animals, especially dogs.
7. We require reference contact details of the management person they reported to as these will be contacted to establish their ability.

• The position currently requires the person to work from a home-based office of the financial manager in Randburg.
• They must respect this and understand that there are animals in and out of the house. NO SMOKING is allowed, and use of Kitchen is limited.
