SUMMARY:
Company based in Randburg is seeking a Debt Counselling Sales and Onboarding Consultant to join their expanding team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 essential
  • Debt counselling certificate essential 
  • Obtaining client permission for debt review
  • Assessing the extent of client’s debt burden by verifying budgets and debt commitments and agree to an interim debt repayment plan.
  • Ensuring that clients’ stick to their debt payment terms
  • Previous debt review experience would be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of all the relevant acts including the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act
